Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the villa. Mandatory IDs must be submitted before or during check-in. The maximum occupancy limit must be strictly adhered to.
No music is permitted outside the house. Please respect our neighbours and the surrounding ecosystem. Loud music, excessive noise and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
Please treat the villa, furnishings, décor and amenities with care. Towels, cushions and furnishings should not be taken outdoors unless specifically designated for outdoor use. Any loss, damage or breakage must be reported immediately and may incur replacement charges.
The swimming pool is unsupervised and guests use it at their own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult. No glassware is permitted in or around the pool. Proper swimwear is required.
Outside catering and food are strictly not permitted. Kindly dispose of food waste responsibly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa. Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Parents should supervise children at all times, especially near pools, balconies, staircases and outdoor areas.
Help conserve water and electricity by switching off lights, fans, air-conditioning and appliances when not in use. Please avoid littering and use the designated waste bins provided throughout the property.
Illegal activities, entry into the pond, prohibited substances, fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden on the premises.
Bonfires and BBQs are permitted only in designated areas and are subject to weather conditions. Open flames are not permitted elsewhere on the property.
Set amidst the natural beauty of Coorg, guests may occasionally encounter insects, reptiles or native wildlife. Avoid walking barefoot outdoors after dark, carry a flashlight and do not attempt to handle or disturb wildlife.
Please park vehicles only in designated parking areas and keep access routes clear at all times. Drive carefully within the property and remain mindful of pedestrians, children and the natural surroundings.
